BEML Limited, a pioneering Multi Business(Mining & Construction, Rail & Metro and Defence) Heavy Engineering Company with a Turnover of over Rs. 3500 Crores and poised to achieve Rs.5000 Crores by 2013, is looking for High Performing, Dynamic & Achievement Oriented Professionals for the following positions:

Vice President/Senior Vice President-Technology Division(on fixed tenure/contract basis)
Qualification:

• The candidate(s) should possess Degree in Engineering with good academic record from IITs/NITs/reputed University/Institution.
• Candidates possessing Post Graduate degree in Business Administration will be preferred.

Deputy General Manager-Metro Testing & Commissioning
Qualification: The candidate(s) should possess Degree in Engineering in Electrical/ Electronics & Communication discipline with good academic record from a recognized University/Institution.
Pay: Rs. 36600-62000

Assistant General Manager/Senior Manager-Defence Business
Qualification:

• The candidate(s) should possess Degree in Engineering with good academic record from a recognized University/Institution.
• The incumbent should be a Retired/Serving Officer equivalent to the rank of Lt. Colonel from Indian Army or Wing Commander from Indian Air Force.
• He preferably should have a brief tenure in any Directorate at Service Head Quarters dealing with procurements having minimum 13 to 16 years of post qualification executive experience/extensive knowledge in Defence Procurement Procedure, Defence Purchase Manual and aptitude to follow-up cases in Ministry of Defence(MoD)
• Knowledge of latest technologies in Land Systems, Artillery and Air Craft Systems is MUST.
• Candidates having Public Relation skills will be preferred.

Pay: Rs. 32900-58000/ Rs. 29100-54500
