Director invites the application for the following posts on regular/deputation basis, from those talented citizens of India, who are committed to noble profession of teaching and train manpower in the area of Speech, Language and Hearing and to render service to the Institute to achieve its mission of reaching out to the Nation.

Teaching Posts:
Professor: 02 posts
ENT: 01 Post
Qualification:

• M.S(ENT) or an equivalent degree recognised by the Medical council of India.
• 10 years of experience in postgraduate teaching and clinical work in a recognised institution/hospital.

Clinical Psychology: 01 Post
Qualification:

• A doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology
• Masters’ degree in Psychology or an equivalent degree
• M.Phil in Medical and Social Psychology
• 10 years of experience in postgraduate teaching or research in any university/National institution.

Reader: 05 posts
ENT: 01 Post
Qualification:

• M.S(ENT) or an equivalent degree recognised by the Medical Council of India.
• 5 years of experience in postgraduate/graduate teaching and clinical work in a recognised institution/hospital

Audiology: 01 Post
Speech-Sciences: 01 Post
Speech-Pathology: 01 Post
Special Education: 01 Post
Qualification:

• Post graduate with Ph.D in the relevant subject/discipline or its equivalent.
• 5 years of experience in postgraduate and graduate teaching or research at any university or national institution.

Non-Teaching Posts: 02 Posts
Administrative Officer(On Deputation): 01 Post
Qualification:

• Any degree of a recognised university(preferably in Public Administration or Business Management)
• 10 years experience in Administration and/or accounts with at least 8 years of experience in the rank of Section Officer or above in a government organization.

Assistant Audit Officer(IAC): 01 Post
Qualification:

• Graduate from a recognised university(preferably in commerce) with SAS or 3 months training in cash and accountancy conducted by ISTM
• 3 years experience in accounts and audit
• Knowledge of work experience of government rules and regulations.

Technical Posts: 04 Posts
Medical Social Worker: 01 Post
Qualification:

• Master’s degree in Sociology or social work with specialization in medical social work or equivalent qualification from a recognised university or degree in science from a recognised university with two years diploma in social work.
• One year experience in social work.

Assistant Medical Records Officer: 01 Post
Qualification:

• Graduate with diploma in Medical Records keeping.
• 2 years work experience in a Govt/autonomous organization, dealing with patient’s records.

Ear Mould Technician: 01 Post
Qualification: Diploma in Hearing, Language and Speech(DHLS) or Diploma in Hearing Aid and Earmould Technology(DHA & ET) or its equivalent.

Multi Rehabilitation Worker: 01 Post
Qualification:

• 10+2 or equivalent qualification from a recognised Board or university.
• One and half year certificate course of Multi Rehabilitation worker from a Government Hospital or recognized institution
• Registered as Rehabilitation Personnel under Rehabilitation Council of India Act 1992
