Controller of Examination: 01 post
Qualification:

• A Master’s degree with at least 55% of the marks OR its equivalent grade of B in the UGC seven point scale.
• At least 15 years of experience as Lecturer(Senior Scale)/Lecturer with eight years in Reader’s grade alongwith experience in education administration. OR Comparable experience in research establishment and/or other institutions of higher education OR 15 years of administrative experience of which 8 years as Deputy Registrar or an equivalent post.

Deputy Director: 01 post
Qualification:

• At least 2nd class Master’s degree/LLB.
• 10 years experience in University/Educational Institution/ State Govt./Research Institution.

Assistant Registrar: 01 post
Qualification:

• Good academic record plus Master’s degree /LLB with at least 55% marks or its equivalent grade of B in the UGC seven point scale (relaxable in division in case of internal candidate where the record of service is consistently good) OR Bachelor of Engineering with Ist Division or its equivalent grade.
• Three years of experience as regular lecturer in a college or a University with experience in educational administration OR Comparable experience in Research Establishment and/or other institutions of higher education OR five years experience as Superintendent in a University/examining body conducting examination

Medical Officer(Male): 01 post
Qualification: M.B.B.S. OR an equivalent degree from an Indian or Foreign University with at least three years experience of working in a Hospital or in private nursing home.

Public Relations Officer: 01 post
Qualification:

• M. Sc. (Mass Communication/Advt. Mgt. & PR/Journalism) with at least 50% marks Or Master’s Degree in any subject with 50% marks with PG Diploma in Mass Communication/Advt. Mgt. and PR/Journalism.
• At least 3 years experience in a responsible position in information or Public Relations Department of the State/Central Govt./Public Sector undertaking/University or some premier research institute.
• Good command over English and Hindi.
• Adequate knowledge of Computer.

Junior Programmer: 04 posts
Qualification:

• B.Tech. in Computer Science & Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering/Information Technology/Electronics & Comm. Engineering.OR
• First Class Master’s degree in Computer Application/Computer Science/Software Engineering or equivalent.
• Should be familiar with Programming Techniques and code writing commonly used Software packages.

Junior Engineer: 03 posts
Qualification:
CIVIL: Three year Diploma in Civil Engineering from recognized institute and preferably with 3 years experience of Civil works in Govt./Public buildings.
PUBLIC HEALTH: Three year Diploma in Civil Engineering from recognized institute and preferably with 3 years experience of Public Health works in Govt./Public buildings
ELECTRICAL: Three year Diploma in Electrical Engineering from recognized institute and preferably with 3 years experience of Electrical works in Govt./Public buildings.

Divisional Accountant: 02 posts
Qualification:

• A graduate with at least 5 years experience of checking preparation of construction bills, maintenance and preparation of accounts as per PWD rules and pattern. OR
• A Matriculation with 15 years experience pertaining to accounts of PWD or other Govt. departments.

X-Ray Technician: 01 post
Qualification:

• Pass in 10+2 with Science.
• First class Diploma(two years) in Radiology from Pt. Bhagwat Dayal Sharma Post Graduate Institute, Rohtak OR any other institution recognized by the Govt. of Haryana.
• Hindi upto Matric.
• 5 years experience as Radiographer in a hospital of repute.

Nurse: 01 post
Qualification:

• Matric
• 3 years Diploma in staff Nursing from any Government recognized Institution by the Haryana Govt.

Store Keeper: 03 posts
Qualification: B.Sc. OR Matric 1st Class with Science/General Science with three years experience in the line. OR Matric 2nd Class with Science/General Science with seven years experience in the line. OR Matric pass with Science/General Science with ten years experience in the line.

Workshop Instructor: 08 posts
Qualification: Workshop Instructors are required for the Labs namely â€" Machine Shop, Welding Shop, Carpentry Shop, Sheet Metal/Fitting Shop, Forging Shop and Foundry Shop in the Mechanical Engineering Workshop possessing ‘3 years diploma in Mechanical Engineering from the recognized institute/polytechnic with at least 60% marks and minimum 02 years experience in the relevant field in industry/institute level OR must possess Craft Instructor Training Course with at least 60% marks in respective trade along with minimum 06 years experience in the relevant field in Industry/Institute level.

Santory Instructor: 01 post
Qualification:

• 10th pass.
• Diploma/Certificate of promotional training in sanitation from an institution approved by the Govt.
• 3 years experience of public health works.

Lab Technician: 01 post
Qualification:

• 10+2 with Physics and Chemistry and one year Laboratory Technician diploma from institution recognized by Haryana State OR Matric with Laboratory Technician diploma from Institute recognized by State Technical Education Board.
• Hindi/Sanskrit upto Matric Standard.

Cameraman-cum-Sudio Attendant: 01 post
Qualification:

• 10th pass.
• 5 years experience of handling audio visual equipment or camera.

Desirable:

• Knowledge of handling audio visual equipment orcamera in the university/educational institution.
• The competent authority, if deem fit, may relax the eligibility conditions

Hostel Care Taker: 03 posts
Qualification:

• Graduate
• 2 yearsʹ experience of reputed hospitality related workplaces
• Knowledge of Computer

Driver: 01 post
Qualification:

• Literate.
• Holding driving license and having experience of driving light/heavy vehicle as the case may be for at least one year.

Steno Typist: 13 posts
Qualification:

• Matric Ist Division or Higher Secondary IInd Division or Intermediate IInd Division or 10+2 IInd Division or Graduate.
• English shorthand at the speed of 80 w.p.m and transcription thereof at the speed of 15 w.p.m OR Hindi shorthand at the speed of 64 w.p.m and transcription thereof at the speed of 11 w.p.m
• Word processing speed of 8000 key depressions per hour (135 per minute).
• Candidate should be able to work on computers and with Internet and do data entry efficiently.
• Selected candidates shall have to pass qualifying course in the use of computers and Internet as prescribed by the University within a year from the date of joining the University service failing which he will not earn annual increment.

Clerk-cum-JDEO: 24 posts
Qualification:

• Matric Ist Division or Higher Secondary 2nd Div. OR Intermediate 2nd Div. OR 10+2 IInd Division OR Graduate
• The candidate will have to qualify the written test of Matric standard as prescribed by the competent Authority.
• The candidate will have to qualify the Type‐Test at the speed of 30 w.p.m. in English OR 25 w.p.m in Hindi.
