National Investigation Agency invites applications for the following posts of Dy.SsP, Inspectors, Sub-Inspectors, ASIs, Head Constables and Constables in NIA on deputation basis 

• Dy.Supdt. of Police:
• Eligibility: 
• holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre/deptt; or
• with three years’ service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis in posts in the scale of pay of Rs.9300- 34800 with Grade Pay Rs.4600 or equivalent in the parent cadre/deptt.
• Essential Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university. 
• Three years experience in Investigation of Criminal cases / Intelligence gathering.
• Inspector
• Eligibility: 
• holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre/deptt. or
• with five years’ service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis in posts in the scale of pay of Rs.9300-34800 with Grade Pay of Rs.4200 or equivalent in the parent cadre/deptt; 
• Essential Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university.
• Three years experience in Investigation of Criminal cases / Intelligence gathering.
• Sub-Inspector
• Eligibility: 
• holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre/deptt. or
• with six years’ service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis in posts in the scale of pay of Rs.5200-20200 with Grade Pay of Rs.2800 or equivalent in the parent cadre/deptt;
• Essential Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university.
• Two years experience in Investigation of Criminal cases / Intelligence gathering.
• Asstt. Sub-Inspector
• Eligibility: 
• Holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre/deptt. or 
• Head Constable in the scale of pay of Rs. 5200-20200 with Grade Pay of rs. 2400/- with five years of service in the grade in the State or Central Police Organization;
• Essential Educational Qualification : Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University or equivalent;
• At least two years experience in the field of Investigation of Criminal cases / Intelligence work or Information Technology management.
• Head Constable
• Eligibility: 
• Officers of the Central or State Police Organization or Investigation or Intelligence agency holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre / department.
• Constable
• Eligibility: 
• Officers of the Central or State Police Organization or Investigation or Intelligence agency holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre / department and having experience of at least five years, preferably in the field of investigation or intelligence or computer or driving.
